This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler and two Remotes. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
