This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and 16 ft. and 35 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
