This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and 16 ft. and 50 ft. Installation Kits.
