This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat three different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, three Remotes, and three 35 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
Package Includes

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 36K BTU rating of the Condenser.
